Masking for tree and sky

Is there a way like in Landscape Pro when masking a sky with trees in it, to go back and separate the sky and trees so parts of the trees and leaves don't disappear depending on what sky you use. Landscape Pro has this feature.

There's not exactly that feature. However, practice with the smart brush and you should be able to get similar results. There's some tutorials here:
