program keeps crashing..

when this program actually worked i loved it and so last night i paid for the program and ive had problems ever since...
it keeps crashing getting error reports etc.
im getting really pissed offf.
im downloading the latest version now but im getting my money back if this doesnt work
does anyone know who to contact to get a refund or how the new version works?
