Problems with activation

Yes it's me again...I purchased the software and then my PC unfortunately developed a fault and had to have a new motherboard.....Now it is repaired and I try using the software it says Key already activated.....I would be greatful if you could rectify this asap and do you have an installation disk we can purchase as this is driving us up the wall....... John & Debbie two customers who are far from happy............

Glad to hear that you're up and running again. Sadly we do not currently sell Smart Photo Editor on disc. However, you can always access the latest installers by going to your license page here: http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses and entering your activation code. You'll then be taken to a page where you can download the latest version of the software. Alternatively if you would prefer a local copy, we would recommend downloading the installers and saving them to a hard drive or USB stick.
