Colour B/W

I would like to see something that I can ad or subtract colour you have a couple now but I would like to have control of the the amount added or subtracted or be able to move it to and are on the photo that I want.....There was one you had torn paper which was a good effect but did not line up with the photo when applied......enjoy SPE very much.in the attached example I would have liked to ave total control

Are you talking about adding or subtracting colour in say a particular region, like a radial gradient, as opposed to the whole picture black and white effects?
