I have paid for smart photo editor 3 weeks ago and still not got my program, Anyone else in the same boat?.

I have done this twice and still not got a email. I have portraite pro and never had this problem I still get their emails.

Really sorry you are experiencing these problems. We have invesitgated it and it looks like microsoft is blocking all our emails from the SmartPhotoEditor.com domain. We are going to try and fix this ASAP. In the meantime, I'm sending you a private message via the forum with links to download the software.

For me the e-mail got dropped into my spam filter right away.
After retreiving it from there I had no troubles installing and activating.
