Straighten tool should have a second horizontal bar

There are many times the present straightening tool works fine for my images, but there are too many other times I have to switch to another program to correct the perspective. It might be a picture, a bookcase, a sign, a building (mostly), but if I don't correct it, it's bothersome when I know better.
