Open File Dialog should be more like Portrait Prof

The Open File Dialog should be more of a tree like left panel as in the v10 of Portrait Professional Studio.

On my computer the file dialogs look exactly the same between the two pieces of software. This might be an XP issue. I'll look into it.

My error, I was thinking of the Hard drive and File Structure panels of LR 3.6, Bibble 5.x, PSP X4, etc. I have only been using PP for a few weeks. Many of the newer photo editing pgms are using UIs very distinct from the Win XP OS default dialogs.
