failure to open gallery and download

I am not very impressed with your software
1. failed to load when purchased (missing MSCVR11o.dll )
2. failed to load fully when new email received
3. New information helped me download as I thought package seemed ok but again error message that the file MSVCR 110 II0dii was still missing effecting the completing of the download
this package is a crock FIX IT or REFUND MY MONEY

Really sorry you're having problems. We're aware of the issue and hope to have a fix out next week. I believe it's only a problem with the 64 bit version, so in the meantime you could try the 32bit version. If you're still not happy, please contact our support team and they will be happy to give you a refund.

Believe me blockie01, Ive never seen a company thats so close to there community/buyers/users than Anthropics (Smart Photo Editor).
They are very helpful and try as quick as they can to fix things when they are broken.

As far of the software, it's just stunning what you can achieve with it and how easy it is to use (still you need to get familiar with it as you need with every new software, but when you are, possibilities are endless!)

Still know how it can be when things don't work as you expect it needs to be, but have faith
