Is there a effect for smudgeing?

Please let us know of absolutely anything you think is missing from Smart Photo Editor.

Is there a effect for smudgeing?

I have seen some nice smudge effects from PS can this program do something like that?

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but you could try looking at all the different effects under the Artist category in the gallery.

Maybe you can post a image using a smudge effects, in that case it's easer to say if it's exist or if it can be made :)
