eyes closed

Hello I'm new to photo editing...I was wondering if it's possible to make someones eyes appear opened in a photo when they are closed...thank you for any help with this : )

To open someone's eyes, you would need another photo taken at the same time with the subject's eyes open. You could then use the compositing tool to paste in the second photo as an overlay, then erase everything but their eyes. Let me know if you need further instructions.
