Saving a selected part in png or psd

When I have selected a specific part in a photo, how to save it in png or psd ?

I don't think it is possible to save a selection made in SPE in png or psd format. In my experience it is always the entire image that is saved. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

so I can use the selected in photoshop element together with other selected items

There's not an easy way to save a selection from SPE for use in Photoshop. You can, however, use the composite tool if you want to combine two or more photos.
