reinstall new computer

I've bought Smart Photo Editor in June 2016 and now want to re-instal it on my new computer. I have send an message earlier but got no answer. Now I just did a trail version download and used my login but it didn't show my own SPE I have to buy again!!! This can't be right!
Can any one tell me what to do?

The trial version is different software from the bought version. You can download the bought version using the licenses page: http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/

If after using your license to activate the new version you are unable to, you'll have to open a support ticket to update your license.

Hi

I have a problem with a photo
Try to explain it as good as I can
This picture is nice only I want to chance the sky
The sky is a little bit greyish with almost no contrast
It is a ship that is under a bridge and above that bridge is the sky
The bridge has a lot of bars and throuthat I can see also the sky
Between maybe +/- 100 bars I see the sky
Can you give me a clue how to do that ?

Not sure why you have placed this question in this thread but....

You possibly don't know about using the SHIFT key when selecting an area.

Press Select Area (top right)
Select Sky
Point at an area of sky (in your case, a grey area)
Press and hold SHIFT
Keeping SHIFT pressed move your select area tool to the area you want to select (between the bars)

It's hard to explain but if you play around as above you will see how this helps to select delicate areas more accurately.

I saved the link for my own upgrade with new comp. Thank you. Looking to buy a couple more programs and will make sure I use same address for them all, so when I switch, I can find them. Again... much thank yous...
