Show title of original file in the user interface

Hi,

Since on the Mac version, there's no memory of where the working file originated when dragging and dropping, it would be convenient, especially when saving, to see the original file name, and perhaps to include it's file path. Even after the memory problem is fixed, it still would be good to include this information somewhere on the working page, perhaps at the top middle.
