i was triying to create a effect .. i want to use a background from my gallery usin the effect editor but i cant... can someone help me to figure out how to?

Hi,

Watching the video might help. There are many other videos on learning the effect editor here. Basically the first thing you'll need to do is apply the effect, right click on it's tab at the top and choose Manual Edit.
