pencil/airbrush-draw on features?

pencil/airbrush-draw on features?

There aren't any plugins as far as I can tell. As far as a pencil or airbrush tool, don't see that either.

That's right, there's no pencil or airbrushing tool as it's not design software. You could try something like the gimp, which is free.
