moving subjects closer together in photo

I was wondering if someone might help me.
I have a photo of 2 dogs laying beside each other. I need to move them closer together in the photo. What tool would I need for this. I just can't seem to find anything

We don't have a tool specifically for that. Depending on the background, you could try erasing the second dog, then using the composite tool to composite the second dog nearer the first dog.
