Export photograph

I've worked on my image and saved it as JPeg, I have the full version not the demo, so now how do I export it? Despite following the instructions to the letter I'm unable to link it to Photoshop Elements - is there another way to export, maybe to iPhoto, or anywhere really?? Help! Thanks.

If you have saved it as a jpeg, then that's all you need to load it into photoshop elements. Just use the Open command in Elements then browse to where you saved the jpeg.
