I assume that the request is for some artwork that can be blended with a photo of a person to make it look like the person in the photo has wings. The person who creates such an effect would either have to 1. create the artwork themselves, in which case that person would have to be an artist or
2. download some artwork from the Internet, which is risky because in most cases the artwork will be copyrighted. If you publish an effect for the community of SPE users to use, it should contain only original artwork or artwork which is not copyrighted.

For your own private projects you can use the composite function of SPE to give the subject of your photo wings. You only need to find some image of wings that you like and blend that image with your own image.

I understand that. However, the core of SPE is a photo editor. It does not come with clipart for people to use in their projects. If you want an effect to add angel wings to your project, someone in the community will have to create it, and I consider that highly unlikely for the reasons I already stated.
