This may be in another post, but i couldn't find it if so.
The ability to save in appropriate camera raw format. I know there are lots of raw formats, but products like Lightroom do this without a problem.
Perhaps it could be an add-on, but not too costly ($4.99 US perhaps) per format.
Tiff files are insanely large (from NEF to TIFF - 102MB larger.).
