It would be nice to be able to use PNG files in the program as well as export them for use in other software.
I am one who uses many peices of software in my pipeline. I have not drank the Photoshop coolaid (though I do have it. My edit process is is procedural and therefore makes it easy for me to do steps in software prefered for that step. I can see SPE becoming common in that system for me. Sometimes a PNG file. is needed in this workflow. Esp in the process of watermarking.

Hi,
I've just added support for PNG files (not transparent ones yet), and that will appear in the next version.
