NOT HAPPY!!

I have puchased 2 x copies of your software! The copy I have on my Macbook Pro keeps closing down as I am selecting backgrounds. As much As I like the software, I am at the point of removing it from my computers. I am a Professional Photographer and have been trying to intergrate your software with my day to day work flow. I have already spent a vast amount of time reopening my image again and starting again to no avail! Maybe you have an answer to this problem, if so I would like to hear it!

We've release a new version with a host of fixes, which you can get by going to Help> Check For Updates. Ideally this should resolve the issues you're experiencing, but if not could you please open a support ticket detailing the workflow that leads to SPE crashing e.g. specific Effects/tool combinations.

As you mentioned working on a Mac can you also tell us what version of OSX you're running?

having the same problem.. im really pissed almost to the point of getting my money back. when you buy this program it says "money back grantee" and im going to hold them to that. i really like this program but if it doesn't work they cant keep my money. its bs
