We need a test folder (or tab or whatever) available in local for us to build and test our effects out. In this mode the effects we build can be the good the bad and the ugly. Here they ae seperate yet testable from all of our important effects that we use and do not need clutter in that group. After a few tests are made with different node settings and multiple photo results then an author can decide if this should go into the main effect area.

I have made a few effects that are worthless but I did not know this until I tested it out on other photos. This starts to build clutter quickly. Most photographers (Pro with eyes for details do not like clutter that is why they trip over backround objects when others do not even see them).

Also in the custom effect mode we need a place to store node modules ( more than one node in sequence with the settings and a local name for ID ) These can be recalled when wanted. This will allow us to speed up repeated steps when wanted.
