A new brush with heavy bristles

For the times when I'm brushing away a new effect, such as showing the color image come thru on a B/W Graphic effect, I would like a brush to touch up the colored edges to look BRUSHED as with heavy bristles to look like or similar to the B/W Graphic Effect. Hopefully, the size or effect of the brush bristle could be adjusted.
