Cannot log-in and no customer service ?!!

Hi,Good evening,
i am a paid up, Registered user on my desktop. But when i try to log in on my mobile phone my email is not recognised. Can someone from Customer Service assist please ?

The best way to get support is through our support page here: https://support.anthropics.com/. Your support login is separate from your SmartPhotoEditor login, so if you haven't registered already you'll need to make a new account.
