Browsing Popular Effects
I made a partial selection and named it "Sky". I was browsing Popular Effects for sky replacement and the application failed, giving me the Window option to look for a solution or close the program. On reentry my image was restored but without the partial selection.
Re: Browsing Popular Effects
I attempted to repeat this operation after posting my entry above and got exactly the same result, the application keeled over in exactly the same way!
Re: Browsing Popular Effects
Could you try calling it "sky" instead of "Sky" to see if it makes any difference? There is an issue with capitalisation of selection names that will be fixed in the next release.

Re: Browsing Popular Effects
Tony, I've tried "Sky" instead of "sky" and I still get a freeze. So it isn't that. I've got a feeling it might be to do with navigating to the end of the Effects list (as it is relatively short at 9 sections). I'll have to try again. But at least I consistently get the failure.
Re: Browsing Popular Effects
In addition ..... the same thing happens when I attempt to add an effect to the whole photo but only after scrolling through a number of sets of effects.
This bug is getting really annoying and is stopping me using the major feature of the application, the range of effects!

Re: Browsing Popular Effects
Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that fixes it?
