Hovering between Effects Gallery items BUG!

Deleted the installation directory and installed the program again.

This time I left the final installer checkbox to run the program enabled and clicked the Finish button. The desktop icon created by the installer was the removed and the program launched. There is no icon file in the Recycle Bin.

Checked Control Panel > Add Remove Programs and there is no listing for Smart Photo Editor. Nor is there any listing in Windows Install Cleaner.

Will remove the installation directory again and try the installer again.

Re-ran the installer once again.... This time, I unchecked the Launch Program checkbox before completing the install. This left the Program Icon on the Desktop.

Clicking the desktop icon properly launched the program, and the program properly appears in the Start Button > Programs list.

And Smart Photo Editor properly does appear listed on Control Panel > Add Remove Programs.
