PC crash on save with B&W Storm filter

i can save with all the different effect eccept the B&W storm effect when used with select aera for the sky. the original photo is at 6.99MB jpeg,,, a normal shoot! I tried with a smaller copy at 3.48 MB jpeg but same problem!! when it crash, I have the same message:

Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Smart Photo Editor\SmartPhotoEditor.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an
unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Also I don't know how to support ticket...
plz some help?? thx !!

I do to have the same problem with the filter B&W Strom, Everything else is ok. Please let me know when the problem is resolve....By the way, I love this software...thank You, Louise
