Crashed downloading effects

So far I have not been able to use the program. Start one of the tutorials to get a feel for the software. Downloads Gallery up to 100% and then stops. Stuck at 100%. I run Windows 8 and have done a compatibility on it.

Ok, erase this! Just in case someone else has this problem with Windows 8, just restart the computer. This is a duh moment for me. But want to leave the post up just in case someone else has a duh moment. So far looking good, thanks for such a cute little easy program. Now I am off to play.
