updated from great to crash crash crash

please help me with the issues i am having with the latest version of this program. i have used an older version for over a year now and it ran just fine. Now all its good for is frustration CRASH after CRASH !!!!!!!!!
I did like the older version and used it often. This new version has me looking at other software programs that work without CRASH after CRASH issues. I did pay cash out of my pocket for a program that did work.
No chance for refund now !
However is their any chance i can get someone to help get the new version to work ?

Hi Dana, are you using version 1.21.14?

If not, see this topic to download the latest version, or go back to the old version

Hope this will help, otherwise you need to wait for official support

Hi Dana,

Arwin is right. We did have an issue with a version we put out. Hopefully it is fixed in the latest update. If not, let me know, so we can fix it ASAP. We can always give out links to older versions in case there are any problems in the future. Really sorry for the problems. We try our best to ensure all the releases we put out are stable, but sometimes things do slip through.

I re installed an older version and the program seems to be working fine now.
