Activation over and over and over
I have had this software for about 3 years and every time I try to use it after a few months a popup asks for my activation code again. When I enter the code, it tells me that that key has been used and I cannot use it. I have to open a new support token. Why is this happening all the time?

Very sorry to hear that's happening for you, this happens to a small number of customers. I appreciate it must be frustrating. We've put something in place to try and help with this although it's difficult to stop it completely. All we can do is promise to help you out when needed. If you need to activate in a hurry, you could buy a new license instead of waiting, and we will refund it later.
