Logging in to Support
I have just bought the full version of SPE, and it suffers from persistent crashes around 2 minutes after opening. It is unusable and I am begining to regret my purchase.
I have just registered on the Anthropics support site to commence the 'ticket' process. However, I cannot log in because it tells me that
"That Username does not exist".........
It does ...................... Please help!

Hi Badsworth,
The support system requires a new login to be created and will not work with your Smart Photo Editor Login. We have recently released a new version that fixes a great deal of issues. You can download it by going to Help> Check for Updates, or by going to your license page and entering your token.
Please let us know if this resolves this issue for you. If not we'd be happy to look into it further.

I DID create a new login, and it did not work. I will try your solution, but don't think it will help.
