still had no help from you lot regarding Picasa problem... SPE is sending templates to my windows files.. and consequently picasa.. am I being ignored by staff this time instead of patronised?

I think you might have missed my replies, I've asked a few questions which I need the answers to in order to help you. I replied to your comments from a while ago at the end of the thread here:

It happened to me also in Piscasa 3. Getting all the templates files downloading to Piscasa. Here's what I did to stop it.
I have a PC using Windows 7.
Open up Picasa >Tools>Folder Manager>My Documents>Photo Editor(click it)>Remove from Picasa(shows up on right side of box.Click it..has the big red X).
This did it for me. The final picture still downloads in Picasa, but no more templates.
