Saved Image is not the same Color

I just loaded a good final after I went to preferences, unchecked the 16-bit to 8-bit, etc. and went to sessions tags and figured out that an erase tool hadn't really completed. So I did a little more erasure and saw that it looked good and completed; then I reset the pref check box to have it do the 16-bit conversion and saved. And it worked.

In that process, I had to wonder: was it me not completing the erasure or was it the program? The first time around, the erasure looked OK. So I don't know.

Gotta tie a few goings on together, and then we'll (SPE) have it going good.

Didn't try any processing for awhile on the PC.
