Grid-view "Effect Controls" layout issues

In Grid-view, the Effect Controls window seems to have some layout issues.
- The ratings "faces" are partially on top of the "Add to shortlist" button
- The lower edge of the "Apply" button is clipped off.
1280x960 resolution, 32-bit Win 7.

The layout issues have now been fixed, and the fix will appear in the next release.
