Saving Problems!!

Hi! I was so excited when I found this software, but now I am beginning to think I wasted my money because it won't let me save any of my work. It acts like it will but then it says that its rendering and just quits! I want to save and even print my work that's why I bought this software! Please help!! Thank you and God Bless!

Hi Jonipaul1106,

We should be able to figure out what is going wrong. Is it with all effects or just some that you have a problem? Certain effects that use the denoiser do require a lot of memory and time, especially on older computers as it is a complicated operation. I'll send you a private message to let you know what to do next.

Yeah I'm getting the same problem. It must be related to certain effects because not all projects have the issue. Also when this happens I notice that adding a new mask will also cause it to crash the same.

Crashes for me when saving a Panorama as a .tif file (pic is 14367 w x 3700 h). Says "rendering" then quits out. Thankfully I am able to reload the pic as I saved as a session, but not being able to output to tif sorta defeats the purpose for me.

On testing further, also crashes when saving as .jpg or .png. If this was a paid job I'd not be happy. Lucky I'm just editing a file for my www page. Please fix this saving issue

Edit again... Seems to only do this on the mac version. I have installed the PC version and it saves out fine, but the PC doesn't have enough ram to re-open files saved in .tif format so one problem solved opens up at least another (if not more) =/
