Re: sony a58 arw not work on this
We have tested with the Sony ARW files that we have here and they work. Perhaps Sony have updated their file format. Could you send us a file so we can try it ourselves?
Please don't post a large image here and instead use some other web service such as https://www.transferbigfiles.com/
thanks,
Gary

Re: sony a58 arw not work on this
where do i send my Sony a58 raw for you to see?
as at moment i cannot use this software on my raws which is most of my work,
it just opens very whitewashed but 100% in Sony image data converter
how long will this take to fix as i need for work other wise this program is of no use to me for my work

If you use one of the free web services such as https://www.transferbigfiles.com/ you will get a link to the ARW file that you can post here. If you don't want to post it here you can email it to support1234@smartphotoeditor.com and please include details of the problem.
Unfortunately, until we see what the problem is, we can't predict how long it will take to fix.
Another solution for you is to use the free Adobe raw converter which converts to DNG which can then be read by the Smart Photo Editor.
