Scroll buttons in effect-bar disappear

Scroll buttons in effect-bar disappear in saved sessions after reopen the session.
It scared the crap out of me, thought I lost a lot of work.. but its only the scroll buttons that disappear after reopening a session with a lot of effect-tabs in it.
Solution is to add a new effect to the image and the scroll buttons are back, but it would be great if it could be fixed in a new version

Hi Arwin,
Another workaround is just to resize the window, they should reappear then.
