Came back to the app after not using for a while and ....

I wanted to try out an effect after not using the app for 2 months. Loaded up my tif file, chose an effect and got the warning: ZWin32ErrorException: Error 0x00000002 with file C:\users\julian\documents\photoeditor\global\).mro. The system cannot find the file specified.
I have made no system changes so cannot understand why this should happen. Tried differing settings which shows that the app cannot find any effects I have tried.

Looks like something has deleted one of PE's files. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software.
