Smart Photo Editor

Everytime I go to save a file, Smart Photo shuts down! Both computers that I use, this is happening too? What is going on?

What OS do you run, what version SPE, how long have you had the program, what size file, how much available hard drive space?

Windows 7, I have the latest version of SPE, 283GB of 447 available on lap top. Everytime I edit a photo on either my laptop or desktop, it saves and then shuts the program completely down and I have to start over.

Could you see if you could save a session file (File > Save Session). Let me know if you can.

I am having the same issue! My system is crashing and the whole program is not working! HELP!!! :oops:

Please check you are on the latest version by going to "check for updates" in the help menu.

If you are on the latest could you open a support ticket http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/support/
And tell the support team the email address you used when buying your license, so they can look up your details and help you further. Also please tell them if you are using Windows or Mac and any more details that might help.
