For some reason when i export my saved file, it does not arrive how i sent it! all stacked layers are not visible, and it just comes out a blurred mess, only started this last few hours, never ever had a problem before help!

I'm not sure exactly what you are seeing, but one problem some customers have is that they set their jpeg quality threshold right down, and so saved pictures come out at a low quality.
