Failed to update search engine
When I open my Smart Photo Editor, I get the following message, Failed update search engine, another install attached to this account has uploaded in the middle of your uploaod, please contact support. I don't understand this message, I have nothing else attached.
I have requested my product key from you so i can re-install but it is not being e-mailed to me, this is an ongoing issue can you please help?

Hi Kevin,
I am sorry you are having this problem, I have manually reset your username and you should be able to use the software with no more conflicts.

I'm sorry this is taking so long. I'm afraid you need to uninstall and re-install photo editor. You can find download links using our licenses page.

Omg, Yes i know i need to reinstall SPE but as i stated earlier and to quote again "I have requested my product key from you so i can re-install but it is not being e-mailed to me, this is an ongoing issue can you please help?"

Have managed to retrieve license code via your ticket system, have reinstalled and so far is working fine, Thanks

If you loose your activation code, you can always go to http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/ and enter your email address that you bought the software with. That will email you a link to a page containing all your activation tokens and download links too.
