Number of pages in the Effects Gallery

On one machine I get 648 pages of effects in the gallery.
But on my laptop, I get 518 pages.
I tried removing the program on my laptop and then re-installing it from the web site. This did not changes this number.
Why the different number of pages?

You'll probably find it's due to the different number of effects on each page, which depends on the aspect ratio of your picture and your screen.
