Program Error

When I open a grayscale image (e.g. a scanned black and white photograph which has been saved as a jpeg file the following error is generated.

Warning: Internal program error at .\zGeneralPixelOpICC.cpp:113
Transform error

When the error message is acknowledged, the file seem to open correctly and effects can be applied.
So at the moment more of a nuisance than a problem
