upload picture

I'm trying to upload a picture ...but it said " file is to big" . How do I change this so I can upload a picture?

Do you mean to upload a picture to this forum? If so, you can save a smaller version of the file, by loading it into Photo Editor, then choose Save As Jpg/Tiff then choose to make the file smaller in the "Export Size", part of the Export Settings dialog. If you don't get an Export Settings dialog, then you are using an old version of the software, and you can upgrade by going to Check For Updates in the help menu.
