whenever i attempt activation box pops up requesting license spe- number. I have owned program for years it upsets my workflow to have toenter license and user name and password what am i doing wrong.

I've changed of PC and all I get now as download is the trial version. That means I can't find any place to put my license code.
Can you please explain me how to recover the full program.

At any time you can use our License Manager to download the software you have paid for.

I changed computers and cant find my activation code...License manager sends me an email saying I do not have any valid licenses...and I know I have at least 2. My old email address was originally used but I do not have access to that anymore. Feeling frustrated. Any help?
