Have never seen this message in the past, what is it?" Smart Photo Editor Studio" would like to record this computers screen. Grant access to this application in security & privacy preferences,located in System preferences.

Smart Photo Editor shouldn't require access to capture screen. Could you post a screenshot of what you mean?

That's very odd. Did you do something specific to elicit that behavior? The first thing I'd suggest is reinstalling SPE. You can download the installer via the license manager.

Not working with SPE at the time, just got the Pop-up.......I'll wait to re install see if it happens again......Thanx for assistance.....B

If you weren't working with SPE at the time, perhaps it was some other software pretending to be SPE.
