re loaded the smart photo editor problem.

I had this program downloaded to my computer and loved it. We moved and when I hooked up my computer all of a sudden Smart Photo Editor does not work. I uninstalled and re installed but no luck. I purchased it again today and it downloaded but nothing opens up on the screen. I click on the color palet, filters and nothing opens. Only shows screen of tutorials and they don't open either. Please help. I don't understand why it once worked and now I cant use the program on my computer Windows.??????

The best thing to do is to open a support ticket, then our support staff can try and figure out what's wrong.
