RE Download - Can't do

Bought the program and put it on my lap top. Laptop is dying so I uninstalled it and installed it on a new laptop.

The new laptop was faulty so I sent it back. Now I can't re download to my old computer OR a new one when I purchase a replacement that works because is says my activation code has already
been used twice.

Called but they said they don't do phone support for software, wrote a few times and no one writes back.

Is there any way to have the code reset so I can redownload to my old computer AND then when I find a good new one, take it off and in stall it to the new one or am I just out of luck and losing my purchase fees for just a few months of use?? Thanks for any info/help
