Yes. In the File menu select either

Save as Jpeg/Tiff/Png... (to save the file in one of those formats)

or

Save as Session... (to save the Session as a working Smart Photo Editor Session that will let you add, edit or remove effects from your project. The file created will have the extension .pe and can only be opened in Smart Photo Editor).

Both options let you select the folder you want to save your image to and/or rename the file.
