Installing Smart Photo Editor on 2 computers

I purchased Smart Photo Editor on March 1, 2017. I installed it on my desktop and now I need to install it on my laptop. I tried to get a "ticket" (whatever that is) to get an answer but it does not recognize my email. Place a phone call and have not received on that either. Can anyone help me with this problem. I do feel that it should be easier to get help.

I've made sure you can activate it a second time on your laptop. To download it again, you can use the license manager: http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/
